The real estate market—where accuracy and quick reaction times mean everything—inspired me to transform the order processing workflow. In this blog post, I’ll show you how I used Low-Code/No-Code tools and automation to create a solution that saves time, boosts efficiency, and adds value for both customers and businesses.

    Processing each order was time-consuming, involving a multitude of manual steps.

Using Low-Code/No-Code tools, I designed a system that optimizes the entire process:

    Based on incoming data, the system immediately generates and sends personalized quotes.
  • Automated Invoicing

    After processing documents, the system issues an invoice and tracks payment.
  • Document Delivery

    Following payment, the system automatically generates the final document, converts it to PDF, and sends it to the client.
  • Reminders and Notifications

    The client is notified if they don’t respond to the quote or fail to pay the invoice.
  • Cross-Sell Mechanisms

    Based on collected data, the system suggests additional services, such as helping to sell the property.
